Over time, the surface of your block can distort, suffer damage, or corrode due to overheating or general wear and tear. Using our CNC Surface Mill, we can resurface your block to ensure it is perfectly flat and machined to the correct surface finish required to provide a long-lasting, leak-free seal for the head gasket.

For performance and race engines, where specific piston height measurements need to be achieved, our CNC Surface Mill ‘decks’ or removes the exact amounts required to achieve precise heights. This also ensures a perfectly squared block from end to end and in the case of V Engines, also from side to side.
